Notes:
1. Terms: Payable via Credit Card or pre-pay via check.
2. Shipments to 48 U.S. States via FedEx Ground will be charged at $25 per ComSifter; FedEx 2Day at $50 and FedEx Standard Overnight at $75. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska via FedEx 2Day at $75 per ComSifter. Shipments to Canada at $65 for ground and $100 for International Economy.
3. Sales tax is only charged for California customers. CA tax will be determined by the hardware price at the CA city destination sales tax rate. Hardware price is ComSifter Purchase price less Annual Standard Weekly Download price.
4. Installation Phone Support – Comsift technical specialist will assist the customer with ComSifter configurations during the initial installation process. This support is limited to the ComSifter product and does not include issues following initial installation.
5. Premium Phone Support – Comsift technical specialist will assist the customer with ComSifter configurations during the initial installation process and post-installation. This support is limited to the ComSifter product and does not include issues with other products or services.
6. If ComSifter hardware failure occurs for a ComSifter under warranty, Comsift will send a replacement unit via Standard Overnight within 1 business day. Customer must return the original unit promptly with proper packaging. If Comsift determines that the customer damaged the returned unit, the customer will be charged a repair fee up to $370. If the ComSifter is not under warranty, Comsift will offer the customer Post Warranty Service (PWS) at a price of $290 for CS-1, $340 for CS-8, $370 for CS-8 Pro. Under PWS, Comsift will send the customer a replacement ComSifter via FedEx Standard Overnight within 1 business day. Customer must return original unit promptly with proper packaging. Customer will be billed the full price of the unit if not returned to Comsift within 30-days. Buyers located outside U.S. or Canada must pay all shipping and duty/taxes for warranty service and out-of-warranty service.
7. Comsift, Inc. provides a 30 day money back guarantee on all ComSifter products. Product may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping and handling charges will be not be refunded. In order for a refund to be authorized, you must contact ComSifter by phone (toll-free) at 866-875-1254 x 702 for an RMA number. Please have your order number available. Product must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging before a refund will be issued.
